■ Brief Introduction
TheTS5000 flat panel portable X-ray security inspection equipment (hereinafterreferred to as TS5000), which adopts the latest digital image capture andprocessing technology, has complete functions, reliable performance, friendlyinterface, and is easy to carry. It is an ideal portable X-ray securityinspection equipment to meet the needs of the growing security, anti-terrorism and explosive elimination work.
The object to be tested is placed between the flat panel detector and the raysource. The inspector operates the application software in the master computer to control the X-ray source to emit a forward conical X-ray beam. At the sametime, the flat panel detector starts to collect image data. The X-ray passes through the object to be tested and is projected on the flat panel detector.The flat panel detector converts the X-ray of the object to an image and sendsit to the master computer to display the perspective image. The application software includes rich image processing functions.

■ System Composition
TheTS5000 consists of two safety protection boxes. One is a ray source box, which contains pulsed X-ray source, ray source battery, ray source battery charger,and ray source control cable. The other is the main equipment box, containing flat panel detector, cable and the notebook computer, power adapter, wireless router,power battery pack and charger.
Part1. Ray source: pulse type X-ray generator, 150kV (peak) tube voltage, coldcathode ray tube, which can emit up to 200 pulses every 4 minutes, and cancontinuously emit 4000 pulses every time it is charged.
