In the field of public security, it is necessary to set up checkpoints to inspect vehicles and personnel, or temporarily increase the inspection of vehicles atthe existing conventional checkpoints. Therefore, a mobile vehicle inspection equipment is needed, which can be driven to the site for inspection as needed,and can be quickly put into operation. After the inspection task is completed,it can be transferred to other sites.
The whole equipment is in the form of a trailer, which is a scanning vehicle. The scanning vehicle is in the form of a trailer, which is used for perspective imaging of the inspected vehicles. The user can configure another security inspection vehicle or other vehicles by himself. The scanning vehicle can be dragged to drive on the road. After arriving at the scene, the two vehicles disengage, and the scanning vehicle expands to form a vehicle scanning channel.For vehicle inspection, the image can be transmitted to the nearby security inspection.At the same time, the security inspection vehicle includes communication, human security inspection, luggage inspection and other inspection functions, and provides personnel office/rest space.
2.1. SCANNING VEHICLE
The scanning vehicle has two states, usually in the transportation state. It is a standard trailer, which can be dragged by other vehicles on the road.
When working, the scanning vehicle expands the boom to form a scanning channel,which is the detection state. After the inspected vehicle enters the scanning channel, the inspected vehicle stops, the personnel in the vehicle get off, and the scanning vehicle can automatically move forward and backward to realize the scanning of the whole vehicle.
The scanning vehicle is equipped with 320kv energy X-ray machine as the ray sourceand high-resolution detector array, which is particularly suitable for the inspection of checkpoints around cities, small passenger cars, buses andmedium-sized logistics vehicles for large-scale activities.
2.2. SECURITY INSPECTION VEHICLE
The security inspection vehicle has two purposes, one is to drag the scanning vehicle on the road, and the other is that the security inspection vehicle canhave personnel operation, office and rest places, which is suitable for temporary card inspection.
3.1. STRONG FLEXIBILITY
The imaging equipment is concentrated on the scanning vehicle, which is in the formof a trailer, which can be directly dragged by other vehicles and driven on the road, with strong mobility.
3.2. MEET THE SECURITY INSPECTION OFKEY VEHICLES
Large cargo vehicles are basically unable to enter the interior of the city. The key threats are conventional small passenger vehicles, large and medium-sized passenger cars, and medium-sized logistics vehicles. These vehicles candirectly enter the core and sensitive areas of the city and need to be inspected.
MSV320T uses an X-ray machine as the ray source, with moderate energy, which can meetthe inspection of key vehicles. More over, the detector array has higher resolution and clearer image details, which is particularly suitable for the inspection of key vehicles around the city checkpoint.
3.3. IT COVERS A SMALL AREA AND IS SUITABLE FOR CHECKPOINTS AROUND THE CITY
The checkpoints around the city are generally crowded with people and vehicles, andthe site is very limited. Because MSV320T uses X-ray machine as the ray source,the ray energy is low, and the protection distance is small, so it covers asmall area and is easy to deploy, which is suitable for large flow checkpoints.
3.4. IT CAN BE USED FOR TEMPORARY CHECKPOINT AND LARGE EVENTS
MSV320T is equipped with different trailers to meet different working environments.According to the needs of temporary checkpoint for assault, it can be equippedwith a mobile police vehicle with large internal space, operation, office andrest space, as well as personnel and luggage security inspection equipment,which is suitable for the needs of temporary checkpoint for assault.
3.5. EXCELLENT IMAGE QUALITY
Equipped with X-ray machine ray source, it is more suitable for the inspection of light vehicles to obtain high-quality images and find small contraband hidden in the vehicles.

5. USES
5.1. CHECK PASSENGER CAR
MSV320T is suitable for the inspection of high-volume passenger cars. According to the site conditions, multiple passenger cars can be scanned at one time, so as to improve the inspection speed.
After several passenger cars enter the inspection channel and the personnel in the car get off, the scanning car starts to move, emitting rays, and scanning multiple passenger cars at the same time.
5.2. CHECK BUS
After the personnel in the large and medium-sized bus get off the bus, the scanning vehicle starts to walk and send out rays to conduct perspective scanning on the bus.
5.3. CHECK MEDIUM LOGISTICS VEHICLE
Logistics vehicles are loaded with Express items, which are suitable for MSV320T inspection.
After the logistics vehicle is parked, the personnel in the vehicle get off, and thescanning vehicle starts to walk to conduct perspective scanning of thelogistics vehicle.
5.4. CHECK LARGE VEHCLE
MSV320T can also be used for rapid inspection of large vehicles. During the inspection,the equipment is fixed, the large vehicle passes, and the equipment automatically avoids the cab to image the loaded goods.
