■The TC-SCANTM RTG6000 Container/Vehicle Inspection System (hereafter, the TC-SCANTMRTG6000),is a new generation with high energy rubber-tyred portal cargo inspection system which provides efficient cargo screening method and high quality imaging.
■Based on the X-ray imaging technology, the TC-SCANTM RTG6000 adopts small-size pulse betatron and high performance detector, which makes the system have the characteristics of high penetration, high-quality scanning images and high throughput. The system has two scanning modes: Mobile and Drive-Through modes. In the mobile mode, the TC-SCANTM RTG6000 starts to move and scan the vehicle after the driver parks thecar and leaves from the channel. In Drive-through mode, the scanned vehicle canbe driven through the scanning tunnel directly. The TC-SCANTM RTG6000 can automatically avoid scanning the driver cab of scanned vehicle and just scan the container.
■The TC-SCANTM RTG6000 is ideal for inspecting cargo containers, empty containers, container trucks and so on at seaports, border crossings, airports, etc. High quality scanning images and powerful software tools can help inspectors to identify concealed contraband or stowaways inside containers, boxes, trucks and inter-layer of containers quickly without opening the container.
