■Main Characteristics
Byusing the high performance cooling CCD design, the precision oplical system candetect 5 or 6 color fluorescence at the same time, signal intensity are homogeneous between different capillaries, resolution is R > 1 bp.

■Separation Matrix
Domestic Typer15 polymer, foreign POP-4™, POP-7™ separating polymer are suitable forGA118-16A Genetic Analyzer as the separation matrix. Before each electrophoresis, each capillary will be filled with new polymer, dynamic coating will be formed on the inner wall of capillary to eliminate electrical flow.
